  • We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations prevent us from booking other clients who could have used your reserved date.

    • 48-72 Hours Notice: 25% of total booking fee charged.

    • Less than 48 Hours Notice: 50% of the total booking fee charged.

    • Same-Day or No-Show: Full deposit (or up to 100%) charged.

    For rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • We specialize in sports, brand storytelling, real estate, and cinematic visuals, including aerial drone footage. If you don’t see an option, contact us for a custom quote we’re flexible!

  • If it's a photoshoot or video content that doesn't require sound, absolutely! We love music and want to make sure you're vibing. However, if the video content requires sound, unfortunately, we won’t be able to play music to ensure clear audio.

  • For the best results, we ask that only those being filmed or photographed be present. This allows the photographer or videographer to focus, think creatively, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. Parents of participating children are always welcome, and if you'd like to bring a significant other, that's perfectly fine.

  • Contracts ensure clarity, professionalism, and protection for both parties. They outline deliverables, timelines, and payment terms, guaranteeing you receive exactly what’s promised while safeguarding our work. It’s a win-win that keeps everything transparent and secure.

  • We are based in Deltona, Florida but we’re available for travel depending on the project. Contact us to discuss your needs.

  • Turnaround time depends on the project scope, but most photography is delivered within a few days, while videos may take a few weeks or a couple of months. Need a fast turnaround time? Check our add-ons in prices.
